Project Controls
Working together collaboratively, following good practice for project
management structures and processes, gets your project team started on
the right track. Careful monitoring of the results, including progress,
costs, quality and adherence to procedure are the means to continually
improve the performance of your team. These are usually referred to as
project controls.
Works Organiser provides tools for automating project controls.
Future releases of Works Organiser will support scope management,
scheduling reviews, deliverables management, contracts management
and QM audits as summarized below.

- Document logs (tracking summary of status and response times)
- Task logs (e.g. tracking summary of Technical Queries, Pending Items)
- Identify activities with additional scope requiring Works Directive

- Availability of required inputs from Employer and third parties
